ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE FAULTY OR DAMAGED AND MUST BE RETURNED IN UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT WITHIN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS. (14 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE)
EXCHANGES
WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE SHIPPING COST BACK TO RICHESSZN. YOU CAN EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS ONCE PER ORDER. PLEASE CONTACT US AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@RICHESSZN.COM TO START AN EXCHANGE.
